Last night I was watching a dating show, and there was this absolutely terrible guy.
He couldn’t get a date to save his life.
Now the weird part is there was nothing traditionally wrong with him. He was 6 foot decently in shape and could hold a conversation.
So you’d think he’d be perfectly fine, right?
WRONGGG
He was a total mess and do you know why?
He couldn’t close the date.
The girl would like him, she’d spend the night smiling asking about himself but everytime, like clockwork the end of the date would come and it would end up in this really awkward exchange.
They’d both want more but the guy would be too awkward to lead. So every single time, the girl would eventually lose interest.
This reminded me of something that happens in marketing ALL OF THE TIME.
People never use a call to action.
Someone can look at your product/service and completely fall in love.
But if you don’t give them something to do they’ll completely forget you. You’ve been on TikTok, after you watch 5-10 videos you can’t remember what you watched an hour ago.
That’s why we need to use a call to action.
It’s where at the end of a video or ad you give them a “call to action” something like “buy now 10% off” or “click here for a free quote”.
Using a CTA will completely change your ad game, the amount of people spending with you with treble.
