Why "Ad Fatigue" is the biggest thing killing small businesses.

I remember running my first ad, I took a deep breath, sent my money to the Facebook Gods and hoped for the best.
Like magic, leads started coming in, all seemed good, too good...
I was in the swing of things, scheduling meeting after meeting, not once did I consider that this golden goose may stop laying eggs.
And one day, as quickly as all the leads had come in, they vanished.
Confused and worried, I frantically began to research and that's when I found it...
My ads were suffering from "Ad Fatigue".
So, what is Ad Fatigue and how do you prevent it?
Essentially, there's a certain amount of people who are interested in your product or service.
After a while, platforms like Facebook recycle these potential buyers, showing them your ad again and again.
Normally that works really well, but there's a catch.
After a while, this "recycling" becomes a detriment.
People who were interested, clicked on the ad and got in touch with you.
But after too long, seeing your ad over and over again starts to turn people off. "ugh not this again".
Even worse, it makes your business seem dodgey, "Why does this place only have one Ad?".
The Solution.
Switch things up.
Recycling or Retargeting still works.
But what you should do, every month or so is change the ad.
Put a different video, or a different headline, that's the key to never suffering from "ad fatigue" again.
